NATALIE
GANEY
Writer & Producer

I'm Natalie, an award-winning screenwriter, producer, and filmmaker. I graduated from Loyola Marymount University Summa Cum Laude with a BA majoring in Screenwriting and minoring in Film Studies in 2013. Since then, I have created an independent production company, Triple Threat Productions, with my triplet brothers, me being one in this set of triplets. With this company, I wrote and produced three short films that went on to be showcased and nominated for awards at national and international film festivals.
My main focus for my career is in television writing and producing. My TV pilots have been read by executives and producers at significant film & TV companies, most recently having been read by the director of development at MGM and an executive at Columbia Pictures, and have placed in various screenplay competitions, most notably being a Second Rounder in the Austin Film Festival and a Finalist & Honorable Mention in ScreenCraft's Action & Adventure competitions.
Above all else, I have a huge passion for storytelling and entertaining with stories, characters, and worlds that, while familiar, are unique and captivating. My specialty is stories that feature strong, empowered women who rise above their struggles - with an emphasis on action. Overall, my writing always champions the theme that one person can truly change the world.
Under "SCRIPTS" you'll find written samples of my favorite (unproduced) TV pilots. (Also featured below.) And you'll find video concept trailers for my latest awarded pilots, "PRIZE FIGHT" (a Second Rounder at the Austin Film Festival Script Competition) and "RONIN" (a ScreenCraft Finalist)! Also, check out my Black List profile for evaluations of both pilots.
